Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Zoho CRM architecture from scratch, including workflows and automation.
- Strategize, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Take full ownership of the digital acquisition funnel, focusing on lowering CPA and increasing patient bookings.
- Act as on camera presenter, filming and editing video content for social media.
- Design creative marketing collateral and flyers.
Requirements
- Experience with Zoho CRM architecture and marketing automation.
- Proven ability to run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Strong content creation skills, including on camera presenting, filming, and editing.
- Ability to work independently and manage end to end digital marketing.

- We are looking for an ambitious, multi talented Digital Growth Specialist.
The Role: What You Will Do
- Design and deploy the Zoho CRM architecture from scratch without external technical support.
- Set up automated lead routing, patient follow up sequences, and custom workflows to optimize patient acquisition and retention.
- Strategize, launch, and optimize high converting paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
- Take full ownership of the digital acquisition funnel, focusing on lowering CPA and increasing high quality patient bookings.
- Act as our digital ambassador by appearing in videos, presenting our services, and humanizing the clinic for our social media audience.
- Film, edit, and produce highly engaging video content (Reels/TikToks) and design creative marketing collateral/flyers.
Working Terms & Compensation
- Probation period (1 month): Salary 3000 AED per month, 6 days per week (5 days in office, 1 day home office).
- Permanent contract after probation: Salary 3000 5000 AED per month based on performance, plus commission.
- Schedule: 6 days per week (5 days in office, 1 day home office).
