Social Media Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyse **competitors**, **trends**, and **audience insights** to guide content direction
• Build **monthly social media strategies** for brands that align with their goals and tone of voice
• Plan and maintain **content calendars** across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all content fits within the overall strategy
• Manage daily operations of social platforms — posting, scheduling, and community engagement
• **Manage** our clients’ social media accounts across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Write **captions, hashtags, and CTAs** that align with each brand’s tone and goals
• Track **performance metrics**, generate monthly reports, and suggest optimizations
• Stay on top of **platform trends**, sound recommendations, and best practices
• Assist in brainstorming and executing **campaign ideas, giveaways, and collaborations**
• Occasionally attend client shoots or events to capture live content (if needed)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience managing brand or agency social media accounts
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram growth strategies
• Good eye for visuals and storytelling — bonus if you’ve used Adobe Suite, CapCut or Canva
• Strong writing skills and creative intuition
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
• Able to thrive in a startup/agency environment — fast, flexible, and collaborative
• Based in Dubai; fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Nice to Have
• Past experience in F&B, lifestyle, or real estate content
• Photography or videography skills
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager
• Influencer outreach or UGC coordination experience
