Role overview
Ethos is seeking a passionate and innovative Social Media Manager for client accounts.
The role plans, executes, and manages social media strategy while working with creative teams to develop content that increases brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage client social media strategies and KPIs.
- Prepare and monitor social content plans and calendars.
- Plan creative photoshoot and short-video ideas with editors.
- Support campaign ideation, execution, and performance analysis.
- Track social media trends and use tools such as Amplify and Talkwalker.
- Collaborate with customer service, social media, and creative teams.
- Monitor engagement, recommend content improvements, and provide campaign feedback.
- Hire and/or train new social media team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
