- Plan and execute creative photoshoot and short video ideas in collaboration with editors
- Participate in campaign ideation, execution, and performance analysis across social platforms
- Stay up to date with the latest best practices and trends in social media
- Utilize social media tools like Amplify, Talkwalker, and others
- Collaborate with customer service, social media, and creative teams to ensure innovative content plans
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content improvements
- Hire and/or train new members of the social media team
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in social media management or related role
- Proven ability to develop and implement social media strategies
- Experience with social media tools like Amplify, Talkwalker, or similar
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and performance analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to plan and execute creative photoshoot and video ideas
- Experience in campaign ideation and execution
