Social Media Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit **daily videos and vlogs**
• Manage and grow our presence across all **social media platforms** (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Develop creative strategies for **lead generation**
• Create visually appealing and engaging content aligned with our brand
• Monitor performance and engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Handle all aspects of **content production** – from concept to publishing
• Stay up to date with trends in social media and content creation

Website Management

• Update website content regularly (text, images, blog posts, banners, etc.)
• Manage product/service listings and ensure all links and pages function properly
• Collaborate with developers or use CMS tools (like WordPress, Shopify, etc.) to maintain the website
• Optimize content for SEO and user experience

Other Duties

• Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for content and promotions
• Handle basic email marketing or newsletters if needed
• Assist in digital campaigns or launches
• Keep up with digital trends and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Female, currently based in **Dubai**
• Skilled in **photography**, **videography**, and **video editing**
• Strong knowledge of **social media platforms and algorithms**
• Creativity and ability to work independently
• Experience in **lead generation** through digital content is a plus
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands
• Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace
• Strong communication and content writing skills
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• A self-starter who can work independently
