Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service Agent (Sales) to join our growing team in Dubai.
- You will handle customer inquiries, promote credit and financial services, and help clients manage repayments or debt restructuring.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for sales and customer support
- Promote financial products & close leads
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
