Role Overview
Symmetry elite Clinic is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager and Content Creator based in Dubai.
The role owns the full social media and content process, from strategy and ideas through filming, publishing, analysis, and optimization.
The goal is to generate patient inquiries, leads, bookings, and sales rather than only views or follower growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the clinic’s Instagram account end-to-end and develop its social media and content strategy.
- Create content plans, concepts, hooks, scripts, Reels, Stories, and other social media content.
- Film content regularly on-site at the clinic and work with doctors and specialists on expert-led content.
- Translate complex medical topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Build content funnels supporting inquiries, bookings, lead generation, patient acquisition, and sales.
- Cooperate with the performance marketing or paid advertising specialist.
- Analyze content performance, inquiries, and conversions and continuously optimize the strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or SMM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Instagram, Reels, and Stories.
- Ability to independently develop concepts, scripts, content ideas, and high-quality mobile content.
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, short-form video, lead generation, inquiries, and sales.
- Experience with experts, personal brands, or service businesses.
- Experience with medical, healthcare, beauty, aesthetics, or wellness brands is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and customer acquisition.
- Professional working English.
- Currently based in Dubai and available for regular on-site filming.
Working Approach
The role requires independent ownership of the workflow from strategy and ideas to scripting, shooting, content creation, publishing, analysis, optimization, and lead generation.
The position is focused on business growth and patient interest, not only aesthetically pleasing content, followers, or views.
