Key Responsibilities
- Increase clinic revenue.
- Improve consultation-to-treatment conversion.
- Increase treatment programme sales.
- Improve patient retention and programme renewals.
- Increase average patient value.
- Analyze daily sales performance and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Personally support complex consultations and VIP patient cases when needed.
- Coach and develop the front desk team.
- Improve sales scripts and consultation quality.
- Monitor KPIs and conversion performance.
- Build a high-performance sales culture.
- Ensure every patient receives an exceptional consultation experience.
