Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop monthly social media strategies and content plans based on each client's objectives
- Coordinate with the design, content, photography, video, and paid media teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve content before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency
- Prepare content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
- Monitor project progress and follow up with internal teams to meet deadlines
- Prepare monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Organize and lead client meetings, presenting campaign updates and performance results
- Handle client requests, feedback, and revisions professionally and efficiently
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging social media opportunities
- Ensure all projects are delivered according to the agreed strategy, timeline, and quality standards
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Account Management or Client Account Management
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising
- Excellent planning, project management, and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret campaign performance and prepare professional reports
- Strong presentation, communication, and client management skills
