Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Account Management or Client Account Management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop monthly social media strategies and content plans based on each client's objectives.
  • Coordinate with the design, content, photography, video, and paid media teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and approve content before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Prepare content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up with internal teams to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Organize and lead client meetings, presenting campaign updates and performance results.
  • Handle client requests, feedback, and revisions professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging social media opportunities.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered according to the agreed strategy, timeline, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising.
  • Excellent planning, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance and prepare professional reports.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and client management skills.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail oriented, and solution driven.
