Responsibilities
- Support planning, creation, and publishing of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Draft captions, schedule posts, and assist with short form video and image content
- Monitor comments and messages on social platforms
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to contribute ideas for campaigns
- Track basic performance metrics and prepare simple reports
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure consistent, on brand messaging
Requirements
- Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles for brand awareness and audience engagement
- Effective written and verbal Communication skills, with ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic content tools (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps) is preferred
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, on site production environment
- Genuine interest in photography, videography, and visual storytelling; prior portfolio or examples of social media work are a plus

Role Description
- The Social Media Intern role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The intern will support planning, creation, and publishing of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Daily tasks include drafting captions, scheduling posts, assisting with short form video and image content, and monitoring comments and messages.
- The intern will help research trends, hashtags, and competitors, and contribute ideas for campaigns that align with EZ Media’s brand and client projects.
- The role also involves tracking basic performance metrics, preparing simple reports, and collaborating with the creative and production teams to ensure consistent, on brand messaging.
Qualifications
