- Coordinate content projects from initial idea through to final delivery
- Work closely with clients, agents, photographers, videographers, editors, and creative teams
- Assist with pre production including creative ideas, content planning, schedules, shot lists, and production timelines
- Coordinate and support shoots to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Ensure content meets brand guidelines and client expectations
- Track projects and make sure deadlines are achieved
- Communicate updates clearly between clients and internal teams
- Act as a key point of contact for assigned internal and external clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams
- Understand client goals and translate requirements into clear content plans
- Manage client communication, feedback, approvals, and revisions
- Ensure clients are updated throughout the content process
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in content production, social media, marketing, or account coordination
- Experience working with creative teams and managing projects
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media trends
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Confident communicating with clients and internal teams
- Creative mindset with a problem solving attitude
- Someone who takes initiative and does not wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable working in a start up environment where you may need to wear multiple hats

Role Overview
- We are a growing creative media company looking for a motivated, organised, and creative Creative Producer / Account Coordinator to join our team.
- This role is perfect for someone who understands content production, social media, and client communication, and wants to grow in a fast paced start up environment.
- You will be responsible for helping manage the full content journey — from understanding client requirements, planning and coordinating shoots, supporting creative teams, managing content schedules, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.
