Responsibilities
- Assist with episode release workflows across all platforms
- Support daily posting and scheduling of content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Write captions and short form copy for social media content
- Help prepare weekly internal media reports by pulling data and consolidating insights
- Coordinate with editors and design team for release assets
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Strong team player with initiative

The Opportunity
- 3 month unpaid internship on a high profile production
- Hands on experience supporting one of the region's leading digital shows
What You'll Be Learning & Doing
- Shadow and assist Social Media Manager and Executive through episode release workflows
- Support uploading and publishing episodes on YouTube, including trailers, guest intros, clips, carousels
- Learn to write and optimize YouTube descriptions, captions, SEO titles, tags, and timestamps
- Assist with daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, X, Snapchat, Spotify
- Support selecting music and sounds for short form clips on Reels and TikTok
- Assist in writing captions and short form copy
- Contribute to YouTube episode descriptions, newsletter drafts, and LinkedIn copy
- Assist in preparing weekly internal media reports
- Help track performance of episode releases and benchmark content
- Support compiling sponsor and client reports
- Monitor audience interactions and flag trends
Who We're Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
- Detail oriented, organized, comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Strong team player who takes initiative
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast paced creative environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic (must)
Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms
- Interest or exposure to social media marketing, content creation, or copywriting
- Strong instincts for tone, storytelling, and language
- Basic awareness of SEO, keywords, and analytics is a plus
- Fast learning, detail driven mindset
