About the Role
This is a 3-month unpaid internship for emerging creatives to gain real-world experience in post-production and content release. The Release Intern supports the production team with asset coordination, quality control, and publishing tasks.

Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating post production assets with editors, colorists, and sound engineers
- Review drafts of episodes for quality control, checking technical issues, subtitles, graphics, audio, and consistency
- Organize and track release assets, ensuring deliverables are complete and shared on time
- Prepare and manage subtitles and transcripts through an AI tool
- Upload and organize assets across internal systems and cloud storage
- Coordinate with team members to follow up on outstanding tasks affecting release schedule
- Maintain release checklists and documentation to ensure smooth workflows
- Assist with archive management and organization of episode assets
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, cloud storage, and digital organization tools
- Interest in media production, post production, or digital content
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Frame.io, Google Workspace, or project management tools is a bonus

Overview
- This is a 3 month unpaid internship designed to give emerging creatives real world experience on a high profile production.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the post production assets with our network of editors, colorists, and sound engineers.
- Assist in reviewing each draft of the episodes for quality control, checking for technical issues, subtitles, graphics, audio, and overall consistency.
- Organize and track release assets, ensuring all deliverables are complete, correctly named, and shared with the applicable team members on time.
- Prepare and manage subtitles and transcripts through an AI tool.
- Upload and organize assets across internal systems and cloud storage.
- Coordinate with team members to follow up on outstanding tasks that are affecting the release schedule timeline.
- Maintain release checklists and documentation to ensure smooth workflows.
- Assist with archive management and organization of episode assets.
Requirements
