Position Overview
- The social media expert is responsible for capturing the daily life of the clinic and transforming it into engaging, high quality social media content.
- This role requires creativity, consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to identify content opportunities throughout the day while maintaining patient privacy and the clinic’s premium brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Content Creation: Capture daily behind the scenes content, create authentic lifestyle content, record treatments, consultations, staff interactions, and clinic atmosphere.
- Instagram Stories: Create and publish a minimum of 10 Instagram Stories every day including behind the scenes, patient journey, treatments, doctor moments, etc.
- Snapchat Content: Create and publish daily Snapchat content including live moments, clinic atmosphere, treatment preparations, behind the scenes, etc.
- TikTok Content: Produce and publish 1 TikTok video per day including trending concepts, educational videos, treatment transformations, before & after results, etc.
- Social Media Posting: Publish approved content on Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat including uploading content, writing captions, adding hashtags, tagging doctors, adding location tags.
- Collaboration with Videographer: Assist during filming, help prepare shooting environment, prepare ideas and scripts, capture additional behind the scenes footage.
- Content Planning: Brainstorm new video ideas, prepare video concepts, help write simple scripts, suggest trending content, research social media trends.
- Patient Experience Content: Ask satisfied patients for short testimonials, record patient reviews, capture emotional transformation moments, film before & after results professionally.
- Brand Standards: Maintain the clinic’s premium image by ensuring all content is high quality, clean, professional, luxury focused, on brand, well lit, visually appealing, respectful of patient privacy.
Daily Deliverables
- Minimum 10 Instagram Stories
- Daily Snapchat coverage throughout working hours
- 1 TikTok video
- Before & after documentation (when available)
- Patient testimonials (when available)
- Behind the scenes coverage of the clinic
- Assist the videographer during filming sessions
- Participate in daily content planning and idea generation
- Publish approved content across all assigned social media platforms
Reporting
- Reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Compensation
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
