Overview
- We are currently looking for a front desk receptionist to join our team in Dubai.
- The receptionist is expected to be a high level professional female, with experience in the aesthetic industry.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and other visitors to the clinic
- Perform administrative work
- Communicate with employees accordingly and assist doctors whenever necessary
- Process patients’ files, and explain the clinic’s policies to them
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
- Book and confirm patients’ appointments as per the clinic’s guidelines and standards
- Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow up appointments for the patients

Skills
- Native or Fluent English and Arabic
- Has 2 years of experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Extensive experience in working for aesthetic clinics with at least a basic knowledge of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures
- Has proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Skills
- Is a quick learner with a flexible personality to adapt to different environments
