About the Role
Minimalist.ae is looking for a Social Media Executive to support social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The role requires 1-3 years of experience in social media/content creation, preferably in UAE eCommerce or lifestyle/fashion/luxury brands.

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of social media strategies and content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other media formats.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and brand goals.
- Assist in tracking performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and prepare basic reports to identify top performing content and optimization opportunities.
- Support email marketing efforts including content drafting, list segmentation, and scheduling using platforms like Klaviyo.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends.
Requirements
- At least 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation, ideally in a UAE based eCommerce or lifestyle/fashion/luxury brand/retail/F&B
- A keen eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment
- An understanding of Emirati culture and personality
- Hands on experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and more
- Hands on experience with Klaviyo, G Suite, and relevant social media software (e.g. Hootsuite etc.)
- Ideally, experience with graphic design software (Adobe Suite)
- Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Communication skills in Arabic are a significant advantage

The Role
- As Social Media Executive, you will support the execution of Minimalist’s social media strategies across various platforms. You’ll help ensure our digital presence is consistent, on brand, and performance driven. This position is based at our headquarters in Dubai.
