Position Summary
Promote awareness of the brand image internally and externally.
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Communicate with potential owners by telephone to schedule preview package sales and tours.
Support guest service, Sales and Marketing administration, and accurate message handling.
Core Responsibilities
- Encourage guests and callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales and tours.
- Explain sales presentation attendance details and requirements to potential owners.
- Verify eligibility requirements before scheduling vacation club property tours.
- Determine and provide complimentary gifts such as rewards points or show tickets.
- Perform filing, email, typing, faxing, and faxing-related office duties for Sales and Marketing.
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
Team and Service Standards
- Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door Policy process.
