Role Overview
The position is a Food Services Supervisor in the Food and Beverage and Culinary department.
The role is non-management and supports service quality, guest satisfaction, staff coordination, and daily venue operations.
Location and Schedule
- The position is based at Salwa Road, Doha, Qatar.
- The schedule is full-time and the position is not remote.
Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure staff work as a team to provide optimal service and meet guest needs.
- Complete opening and closing tasks, including organizing supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing doors.
- Inspect storage areas for organization, cleanliness, and FIFO compliance.
- Complete inventories and replenish or order required supplies.
- Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being in dining areas.
- Prepare maintenance work orders for repairs.
People Leadership
- Inspect staff grooming and uniforms and correct deficiencies.
- Assist management with hiring, training, organization, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
