Job Description
- Lead the creative direction for all social media design projects and campaigns.
- Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver high quality social media designs and campaigns.
- Develop innovative visual concepts that align with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation of high quality social media graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and ad creatives.
- Manage and mentor graphic designers, motion designers, and creative team members.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and social media platforms.
- Create compelling visual identities for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Design creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other digital channels.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Review and approve all social media designs before publication.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and video based content to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and account management teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Create visually appealing presentations, pitch decks, and campaign mockups for clients.
- Establish creative guidelines, templates, and design systems for ongoing projects.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate emerging design styles into creative strategies.
Additional Responsibilities
- Optimize creative assets based on campaign performance and audience insights.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of design projects.
- Oversee the production of digital advertisements, banner designs, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high impact visuals.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure all deliverables meet professional design expectations.
- Drive innovation in design services by introducing new creative techniques, tools, and workflows.
