- Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen the Means Design brand
- Manage client relationships
- Create and manage marketing campaigns targeting luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, developers, and premium lifestyle brands
- Build relationships with hotel groups, hospitality clients, luxury brands, and business partners
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Work closely with design and business development teams to prepare creative proposals and presentations
- Manage digital marketing, including social media, website content, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Plan and oversee luxury events, brand activations, exhibitions, and networking events
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect a premium and consistent brand image
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, and ROI
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and present recommendations to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a luxury hotel, luxury hospitality, or premium lifestyle brand
- Strong understanding of luxury branding, guest experience, and premium customer engagement
- Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, social media, and campaign management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management abilities
- Fluent in English

Requirements

- Strong network within the UAE luxury hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management abilities.
- Fluent in English.
