About the Role

Responsibilities
- Capture high quality video at academies, camps, events and player sessions
- Shoot crisp action, portrait and brand photography for social, web, app and marketing materials
- Edit video and photo content to a premium standard
- Own the content calendar and day to day publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Produce on brand graphics including flyers, banners, social templates, player cards and campaign assets
- Plan, build and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive sign ups
- Ensure all outputs align with the Ellevate Football brand and tone
- Identify trends and opportunities, propose ideas, and support content plan development
Requirements
- Proven videography and photography experience with a strong portfolio or showreel
- Confident video and photo editing using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, Lightroom or Photoshop
- Hands on social media management across major platforms with a track record of growing engagement
- Graphic design capability using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with ability to build, monitor and optimise campaigns
- Self starter with ability to manage projects end to end with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills with ability to handle multiple shoots, deadlines and channels
