- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including text, images, and short form videos
- Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and monitor community engagement
- Collaborate with trainers and internal teams to translate training programs and initiatives into compelling digital stories and campaigns
- Track performance metrics, prepare simple reports, and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
Requirements
- Strong content creation abilities, including copywriting, storytelling, and basic scriptwriting for social media posts and short videos
- Hands on experience managing major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and using scheduling and analytics tools
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using common tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
- Ability to research topics, understand audience needs, and adapt content tone and format to match brand guidelines
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage content calendars, meet deadlines, and handle multiple campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably in training, education, or services sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
