Requirements
- Proficiency in short form video creation, including planning, filming, and editing Reels style content
- Strong skills in using video editing tools and mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar)
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and related channels
- Ability to translate educational and training content into engaging, visually appealing stories
- Strong sense of visual composition, sound, pacing, and storytelling for short videos
- Comfort working on site, capturing live content during training sessions, events, and behind the scenes activities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of branding and content consistency
- Previous experience in content creation, social media marketing, or related creative field is preferred
- Interest in education, training, or professional development programs is an advantage
- Ability to work full time on site in Jeddah and flexibility to cover key events as needed
