- Prepare and execute daily and weekly content plan in coordination with marketing team
- Shoot short, engaging videos suitable for each platform
- Create diverse content ideas such as branch tours, service introductions, quick interviews, behind the scenes, field coverage, tips, offers, and success stories
- Present content in a natural and lively style
- Write simple ideas and scripts before shooting when needed
- Participate in selecting appropriate clips and reviewing quality before publishing
- Appear on camera as one of the company's media faces
- Present a positive and professional image reflecting company values
- Conduct short interviews with employees and clients after obtaining approvals
- Cover internal and external events in an interactive manner
- Regularly move between branches, departments, and company sites
- Coordinate with department heads to obtain correct information before publishing

- Ability to speak naturally and engagingly
- Creative sense and ability to innovate diverse content ideas
- Good knowledge of Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram content
- Ability to shoot with phone and prepare short clips

- Previous experience in content presentation, photography, or social media management preferred

Job Objective
- Present a vibrant and professional image of the company and its brands through daily engaging digital content, appearing as the company's media face on social media platforms, especially Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram.
- The role involves moving between departments, branches, and sites, documenting activities, services, events, and success stories, turning them into short, interactive content that reflects the company's spirit.
Daily Content Creation
- Prepare and execute daily and weekly content plan in coordination with marketing team
- Shoot short, engaging videos suitable for each platform
- Create diverse content ideas such as branch tours, service introductions, quick interviews, behind the scenes, field coverage, tips, offers, and success stories
- Present content in a natural and lively style away from stiffness or direct advertising
- Write simple ideas and scripts before shooting when needed
- Participate in selecting appropriate clips and reviewing quality before publishing
Brand Representation
- Appear on camera as one of the company's media faces
- Present a positive and professional image reflecting company values and identity
- Use appropriate language and style for the audience and platform
- Conduct short interviews with employees and clients after obtaining approvals
- Cover internal and external events in an interactive manner
Field Coverage
- Regularly move between branches, departments, and company sites
- Identify new services and activities and turn them into suitable content
- Coordinate with department heads to obtain correct information before publishing
- Highlight daily efforts and achievements in a simplified manner that enhances corporate image
Interaction and Content Development
- Follow trending topics on social media and leverage them appropriately
- Suggest new ideas to increase views and engagement
- Monitor audience reactions and feedback and escalate to marketing team
- Participate in evaluating content performance and identifying most successful types
- Adhere to publishing policies and privacy, not publishing any content before approval
