Own strategy and roadmap for affiliate creator outreach.

Manage communications with creators with goal of longer-term community-buildingAnalyze performance of UGC, bringing insights to cross-functional partners managing sales & assortment, brand marketing comms, and creator strategy

Work closely with sales & ops team to influence assortment, pricing and promo strategy, and digital merchandising

Work closely with brand and creative teams to identify high-potential, strongly brand-aligned creators and develop relationships with top performersAdvance measurement strategy to understand cross-channel impact of social commerce

Advocate for advancement of brand growth on social commerce platforms by aligning with existing regulatory and brand safety guidelines
