Responsibilities
- Conduct initial internal de snagging inspections of premium residential units alongside the project and construction teams to ensure finishings meet Palma standards
- Lead formal handover snagging inspections with owners and their representatives, documenting technical issues accurately while managing client expectations
- Coordinate directly with main contractors and facility management teams to ensure the timely rectification of raised snags
- Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with clients regarding the status of their property rectification works
- Transition fully into the broader customer service department upon completion of the handover cycle, taking on portfolio management, contract administration, and relationship management duties
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate snagging, quality control, or handover operations in Dubai
- Strong customer facing background
- Technical understanding of premium residential finishes, MEP layouts, and common construction defects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical matters into clear, reassuring updates for clients
- Adaptability to shift from a site active role during handovers to a corporate customer service environment

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced snagging specialist to join our Customer Service Department.
- This hybrid role is designed for immediate deployment during the critical project handover phase, transitioning into a core Customer Service Executive role post delivery.
- The individual will initially bridge the gap between technical quality assurance and elite client management.
Key Responsibilities
