- Coordinate with escrow banks, project auditors, and technical consultants to process payments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE Real Estate/Property Development sector
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software/CRMs
- Hands on knowledge of TAS (Trust Account System) and DLD portals is a plus

Role Overview
