Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant to manage day to day financial operations and regulatory compliance for our property development projects in Dubai.
  • This role handles transactional accounting, escrow reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Accounting: Issue customer invoices/receipts and maintain up to date Statements of Account (SOAs) using Zoho CRM.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly collection reports, cash flow statements, and tracking for unpaid installments.
  • Escrow & Compliance: Reconcile project Escrow Accounts, prepare escrow release applications, and support RERA financial audits.
  • Liaison: Coordinate with escrow banks, project auditors, and technical consultants to process payments.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE Real Estate/Property Development sector.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software/CRMs.
  • Pluses: Hands on knowledge of TAS (Trust Account System) and DLD portals.
