Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Project Manager role based in Dubai, overseeing real estate development projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Coordinate with design, construction, community management, and brokerage teams.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress through regular reporting and site inspections.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Handle logistics related to materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
- Support stakeholder communication, prepare status updates and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, manage supplier commitments, and resolve delivery issues.
- Inspection skills to verify work quality, adherence to plans, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Logistics Management skills to optimize the movement, storage, and availability of materials and equipment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
- Experience managing construction or real estate development projects, preferably within the Middle East or similar markets.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools, with strong reporting and documentation abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
