QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience):
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years of SMT operator experience
Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of SMT equipment, processes, and programming.
Attention to detail: Excellent visual inspection skills to identify defects and ensure precise component placement.
Problem-solving: A proactive and systematic approach to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
Team leadership: Strong communication and mentoring skills to guide and train other operators.
Adaptability: The ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to new technologies and products.
Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
