Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Sitecore CMS environments (Development, QA, UAT, Production)
- Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Sitecore instances
- Monitor Sitecore platform health, performance, and availability
- Manage Sitecore Content Delivery (CD), Content Management (CM), Processing, and Reporting servers
- Perform Sitecore deployments and release management activities
- Configure and manage Sitecore roles, permissions, workflows, and security settings
- Troubleshoot Sitecore application, infrastructure, and integration issues
- Optimize Sitecore performance through caching, indexing, and database tuning
- Manage Sitecore Solr search infrastructure and indexing strategies
- Maintain SQL Server databases, backups, disaster recovery, and high availability configurations
- Work closely with development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
- Manage IIS configurations, SSL certificates, load balancers, and web server settings
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience administering Sitecore CMS platforms
- Strong experience with Sitecore XP/XM (versions 9.x, 10.x preferred)
- Hands on experience with Sitecore installation, upgrades, and patch management
- Expertise in IIS, Windows Server Administration, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of Sitecore Content Management and Content Delivery architecture
- Experience with Solr Search configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong SQL Server administration and performance tuning skills
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services and Sitecore Managed Cloud environments
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
- Understanding of Sitecore security, authentication, and access management
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Application Insights, Dynatrace, Splunk, or New Relic
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
