Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP CRM solutions.
  • The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of customer relationship management processes, sales, marketing, service management, and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service processes.
  • Conduct workshops and interact with business stakeholders to define CRM solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and business requirement documents.
  • Configure SAP CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, Service, Interaction Center (IC), WebClient UI, and Middleware.
  • Customize business transactions, partner determination, organizational management, and pricing.
  • Configure master data, customer hierarchies, and territory management.
  • Manage integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S4HANA.
  • Work with middleware components and data synchronization processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for developments, enhancements, and interfaces.
  • Support integration with third party applications using APIs and web services.
  • Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and support UAT activities.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Expertise in SAP CRM Web UI and CRM Middleware.
  • Experience with Organizational Management and Business Partner configuration.
  • Knowledge of One Order Framework and transaction processing.
  • SAP CRM ECC/S4HANA integration.
  • CRM Middleware configuration and monitoring.
  • IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and Web Services.
  • Understanding of SAP CPI/PI/PO integration is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • SAP CRM Certification preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Customer Management is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP C4C, SAP Sales Cloud, or SAP Service Cloud is desirable.
