Job Summary
The Site Technical Manager – Architecture will oversee architectural site execution, technical coordination, and quality compliance for construction projects.
The role involves ensuring that architectural works are implemented according to design specifications, project schedules, and regulatory standards, while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise architectural works at the construction site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals before site implementation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, structural, MEP, and project management teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Monitor quality control and site inspections to ensure architectural finishes and materials meet project specifications
- Provide technical guidance to site engineers and contractors regarding architectural design details and construction methods
- Identify and resolve design discrepancies, site clashes, and technical challenges
- Review method statements, RFIs, and technical submissions related to architectural works
- Support project management in schedule planning and progress monitoring
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at the construction site
