Overview
- As the PMV Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Plant, Machinery, and Vehicles across multiple construction sites.
- You will ensure maximum utilization, cost efficiency, compliance, and reliability of all equipment assets.
- ⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the PMV department across all projects
- Oversee fleet operations including heavy equipment, machinery, and transport vehicles
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Monitor equipment utilization and optimize allocation across sites
- Control PMV budgets, including procurement, leasing, and operational costs
- Manage equipment procurement, vendor negotiations, and service contracts
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE standards
- Implement asset tracking systems and digital fleet management solutions
- Lead, mentor, and develop PMV teams, including operators, mechanics, and supervisors
- Coordinate with project and construction teams to meet operational requirements
