Site Planning Manager - High-Rise Construction
Talents Tide is currently hiring a Site Planning Manager - High-Rise Construction for one of our well-known clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Represent the company in the project progress meeting (Internal & Consultants Progress)
- Address and inform Management in project-related matters by means of direct reporting, emails or through various reports and meetings
- Ensure review of daily site progress reports before submission to the Consultant
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers and the site team while monitoring the progress, and in case of any discrepancies, alert the management to resolve the issues
- Review all the key reports prepared by the Planning Engineers
- Supervise, advise, and lead the Planning team in terms of ensuring work quality, detailed reporting, accuracy, and on-time reporting
- Finalize the letters initiated by the Planning Engineers
- Draft letters in terms of project progress-related matters or any matters as required
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve the issues affecting the project timeline
- Provide support to the Planning Engineers to develop the Master Program, schedules, EOT, etc.
