Location: Toronto, Ontario , Canada (On site)
- In this office-based position (At Downtown Toronto office) you’ll experience a supportive approach to your wellbeing and continuous learning opportunities in our friendly and inclusive workplace. There are times when the position will require a travel to the Richmond Hill, Ontario office. A role you will love
The Site Support Technician provides technical support for a wide range of IT services and technologies, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The role also supports the delivery of IT projects and is primarily based at one site, with occasional travel to other office locations as required.

Other key duties and responsibilities are as follows
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring timely resolution within agreed service levels.
- Maintain effective communication with internal customers and technology teams regarding incidents and requests.
- Support the development of the Global Tech Support Team through guidance and best practice sharing.
