Role Overview
Support DeltaV control and safety systems during FAT, SAT, commissioning, and start-up on a major QatarEnergy project.
The role is field and commissioning support for onshore and offshore Qatar operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and verify DeltaV DCS and SIS functionality on site against design and customer standards.
- Execute FAT and SAT scripts, manage punch lists, and support third-party system integration.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across controllers, I/O, networks, and operator stations.
- Work with construction, instrumentation, and operations teams to support smooth handover.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with DeltaV configuration, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Strong background in control systems, instrumentation, and site acceptance testing.
- Prior site commissioning experience in oil and gas or similar process industries.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a formal, safety-critical environment.
Location and Role Type
- Field and commissioning support for onshore and offshore work in Qatar.
