Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to manage multiple commercial office fit-out projects.
The role is site-focused and requires strong execution, coordination, and accountability on ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and programme
- Track progress and highlight delays or risks early
- Coordinate MEP, architectural, and fit-out works
- Conduct ongoing quality checks and snagging
- Support progress tracking and basic quantity verification
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and discipline
- Provide daily reporting on progress, risks, and issues
Candidate Profile
- 5–8+ years UAE experience in fit-out site supervision
- Strong experience in commercial office projects
- Good understanding of MEP coordination and site sequencing
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced sites
