About the Role

- Supervise maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP systems
- Plan and monitor Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Manage service requests (SRs) through CAFM and ensure timely closure within SLA
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring quality and compliance
- Conduct MEP inspections and ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (DEWA, Civil Defence, etc.)
- Prepare maintenance reports, monitor asset performance, and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide technical support during breakdowns, fit out works, and emergency situations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- 8–10 years of MEP supervisory experience in UAE Facilities Management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Hands on experience with CAFM systems (Planon, Maximo, Archibus, Concept Evolution, or similar)
- Good leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and reporting skills
