Site Supervisor responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating manpower, and ensuring safe and efficient completion of work.
The role involves work at an in-person site location.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
- Monitor workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Monitor site progress and ensure activities meet the planned schedule.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor work quality and report issues to the concerned engineer.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Good knowledge of site execution and manpower coordination.
- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to monitor work progress and handle site-level issues.
- Knowledge of site safety practices.
Compensation
- Pay starts at ₹500,000 per year.
