The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day site activities, coordinates workers and subcontractors, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manpower.
- Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of work.
- Ensure work follows project specifications and instructions.
- Track daily progress and report updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other site personnel.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor work quality and identify execution issues.
- Maintain site records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Resolve routine site-level issues and coordinate technical support.
- Maintain an organized and safe site.
- Support completion of project activities within the planned schedule.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or another relevant technical discipline.
- 2–15+ years of experience in site supervision or project execution.
- Experience supervising manpower and coordinating site activities.
- Good understanding of site procedures, safety practices, and work execution.
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project or site locations as required.
Compensation
- Pay starts at ₹500,000 per year.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Work is performed in person at project or site locations as required.
