About the Role
E V S Electric Vehicle Services is hiring five dependable Site Supervisors for EVS operations.
The supervisors will run daily cleaning and site operations at assigned stations and manage on-site staff.
Work Location
- The work location is in Al Ain, at the Mbazzarah station.
- Work is performed in person at the assigned site.
What You Will Do
- Manage daily schedules, attendance, and duties for on-site staff.
- Check site quality regularly to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure team members follow safety rules and operational guidelines.
- Handle everyday site issues and support team morale.
- Send regular operational updates to upper management.
What We Are Looking For
- A valid UAE driving license and the candidate's own car are strictly mandatory.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning, EVS, or facility management is required.
- Strong leadership, reliability, and on-site problem-solving skills are required.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic language skills are a bonus.
