About the Role
The role manages daily cleaning and site operations at assigned EVS stations.
The employer is hiring five dependable Site Supervisors.
The position is based in Al Khawaneej, Dubai.
What You Will Do
- Manage daily schedules, attendance, and duties for on-site staff.
- Check site quality regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all team members follow safety rules and operational guidelines.
- Handle everyday issues on site and support team morale.
- Send regular operational updates to upper management.
What We Are Looking For
- A valid UAE driving license and personal car are strictly mandatory.
- At least three years of supervisory experience in cleaning, EVS, or facility management is required.
- Strong leadership, reliability, and quick on-site problem-solving ability are required.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic language knowledge is a bonus.
Compensation and Benefits
- The total package is AED 7,000 per month.
