About the Role
Supervise daily cleaning and site operations at assigned EVS stations in Abu Dhabi – Al Reef.
Manage on-site staff and ensure work meets quality, cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily staff schedules, attendance, and assigned duties.
- Regularly check site quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Ensure staff follow safety rules and operational guidelines.
- Handle everyday site issues and support team morale.
- Send regular operational updates to upper management.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license and own car are strictly mandatory.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning, EVS, or facility management.
- Strong leadership, reliability, and rapid on-site problem-solving ability.
- Good English communication skills.
- Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is a bonus.
Compensation
- Total package of AED 7,000 per month.
- Benefits include an employment visa, medical insurance, paid leave, and end-of-service pay under UAE labor law.
