Job Summary
Oversee daily site operations, supervise workers and subcontractors, coordinate activities, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and client requirements.
The role requires leadership, knowledge of site operations, and the ability to manage workers and multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and assign tasks while monitoring worker performance and productivity.
- Ensure work follows approved plans, instructions, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
- Supervise maintenance workers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Enforce health and safety procedures, PPE use, and safe working practices.
- Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
- Monitor work quality and ensure defective or incomplete work is corrected.
- Coordinate with management, clients, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor materials, tools, equipment, deliveries, storage, usage, and wastage.
- Monitor employee attendance, working hours, discipline, and productivity.
- Prepare progress reports and report delays, variations, complaints, and additional requirements.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe sites and assist with planning, inspections, handovers, and completion activities.
Requirements
- At least 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory position.
- Previous experience supervising workers, technicians, contractors, or subcontractors.
- Good understanding of site operations and maintenance activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read basic drawings, instructions, and specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with attention to quality and safety.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- A valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- At least 2 years of driving experience is required.
- Good English communication is required.

- Work location is in person in Marina Dubai, UAE.
