Job Summary
Manage daily accounting activities and provide financial insights across a group of companies.
Maintain accurate records, monitor business performance, prepare management reports and support budgeting, forecasting and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations and records for multiple companies.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash-flow reports, consolidated management reports and dashboards.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability and operational performance by company, department and project.
- Develop budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections, and compare actual results against budgets.
- Monitor receivables, supplier payments, intercompany transactions, project costs, commissions and payroll expenses.
- Support UAE VAT filings, corporate tax compliance and financial audits.
- Improve accounting procedures, financial controls and reporting systems, and present recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, suppliers and internal departments while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting and financial analysis experience.
- Previous UAE experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, accounting regulations, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, Xero, SAP or similar platforms.
- Experience with multiple companies or business divisions is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- ACCA, CMA, CPA or another recognized professional qualification is preferred.
- Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, tourism, interior design or maintenance businesses is preferred.
- Experience preparing consolidated group reports and management dashboards is preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Pay starts from AED 10,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
