Job Summary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise ACMI support staff, including employees, subcontractors, Pod Techs, DDSOs, and assigned RSAF personnel.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment.
• Read schematics, parts and wire diagrams, test procedures, and customer specifications.
• Provide customer service during equipment issue and receipt and maintain equipment accountability.
• Operate the warehouse database for equipment tracking, parts availability, and maintenance reporting.
• Manage daily warehouse and workshop repair operations and plan resources.
• Lead and develop ACMI employees and prepare exercise resource coverage plans.
• Control equipment shipping and receipts and conduct inventories.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and annual contractual reports.
• Maintain accountability of classified documents, equipment, and tools and perform security checks.
• Provide security and classification training and respond to security inquiries.
• Comply with company, quality, security, occupational health, safety, and environmental policies.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 12+ years in a military-related technical field.
• At least 3 years of management experience or 5 years as an assistant manager in a technical role.
• In-depth knowledge of radar and radio technologies.
• English proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain KSA-MOD National Security Clearance.
• Military service in specified technical specialties is preferred.
• Schematics interpretation, instructional ability, and certified English proficiency are desirable.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
