**Job Title:** Site Supervisor – Aluminum & Façade
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Site Supervisor – Aluminum & Façade** to oversee on-site installation activities, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate with project teams for timely project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in curtain wall, cladding, and façade installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for aluminum and façade installations
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow
- Monitor material usage, manpower allocation, and equipment on-site
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or execution issues
- Enforce safety standards and compliance on-site
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in aluminum and façade site supervision
- Strong knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum façade systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills
- Good communication skills
- UAE experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
