About the Position: The Site Superintendent is responsible for the overall success of field execution on complex audiovisual integration projects.
This role serves as the senior operational leader on the job site, overseeing safety, schedule adherence, quality, manpower, subcontractor coordination, and client interaction.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who takes ownership of project outcomes, develops field teams, and ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
Oversee all on-site installation activities, ensuring projects are properly staffed, coordinated, and executed according to plan.
Lead field operations across multiple crews, subcontractors, and work areas while maintaining schedule, quality, and productivity goals.
Enforce site safety policies, OSHA requirements, and customer-specific procedures, including high-risk work activities and safety documentation.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Operations Leadership, General Contractors, and trade partners to align project execution and resource requirements.
Serve as the primary on-site representative for customers, contractors, and stakeholders, addressing concerns and maintaining professional relationships.
Manage manpower allocation, subcontractor performance, material readiness, and logistics to support successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide accurate reporting on site performance, schedule status, and project issues.

What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial AV or construction field operations.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience overseeing field personnel.
OSHA 30 Certification required.
AVIXA CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification required within first six months of employment.
AVIXA CTS-I certification preferred.
Advanced manufacturer certifications from QSC, Biamp, Crestron, or similar technologies preferred.
managing large-scale, complex, or multi-crew project sites preferred.
coordinating subcontractors, trade partners, and multiple stakeholders in active construction environments preferred.
What We Prefer: Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and field resources effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in reading project schedules, construction drawings, AV documentation, and installation standards.
Strong understanding of job-site safety requirements, confined space procedures, lifting operations, and AV system integration practices.
Ability to identify project risks early and implement effective corrective actions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive ownership mindset.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within team environments.
Ability to adapt and perform in fast-paced, evolving project environments.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to travel and work overtime as business needs require.
Demonstrated accountability for safety compliance, schedule performance, installation quality, reporting accuracy, and crew effectiveness.
