- Allocate manpower and equipment efficiently to maximize productivity
- Evaluate workforce performance and provide guidance when required

Role Purpose
- The Landscape Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all landscape construction activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications and quality standards.
- The role involves managing site teams, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and client coordination.
