Role Overview
ITC Infotech is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer.
The role maintains and scales AWS, PostgreSQL, Airflow, and Snowflake environments for retail planning data products.
The engineer partners with planning, analytics, BI, merchandising, supply chain, and upstream source teams.
DevOps and SRE Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Build and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
- Develop GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Implement GitOps deployment strategies with ArgoCD.
- Automate operational processes and workflow integrations using Python.
- Manage Kubernetes, Helm, and Rancher container environments.
- Establish infrastructure standards, reusable modules, and deployment best practices.
- Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Define and manage Service Level Indicators, Objectives, and Agreements.
- Implement observability and monitoring with Datadog and Splunk.
- Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Conduct capacity planning, performance optimization, reliability assessments, and on-call support.
